Tailored assets

Some products exist only in certain countries: Finvygo adapts the catalogue to your tax residency.

Some savings or investment products exist only in certain countries: a French livret has no exact equivalent everywhere, a UK ISA only makes sense for a UK resident. Finvygo adapts its catalogue to your tax residency, to offer the products that genuinely match your situation.

Your net worth is presented in the currency of your choice, whatever the native currency of each asset you hold. A new country or a new product can be added to the catalogue at any time, without you having to switch apps or re-enter your existing net worth.

What you can do

Catalogue by country

The accounts and products on offer depend on your tax residency.

Regulated products

Savings accounts and wrappers specific to your country are supported.

Reference currency

Choose the currency your net worth is presented in.

A living catalogue

New countries and products are added regularly.

A catalogue that adapts to your country

The product catalogue offered in Finvygo depends directly on your tax residency: a French livret, a UK ISA, or a US 401(k), for example. Each country has its own accounts and its own rules.

This approach avoids showing products that do not exist in your country, or leaving out the ones that actually apply to you. New countries and new products are added to the catalogue regularly, without ever hard-coding a country-specific rule into the app.

Reference currency and conversion

Your overall net worth is presented in a reference currency, chosen freely among dozens of available currencies, whatever your tax residency. An asset listed on a market in dollars, for example, keeps its own price in dollars on its own page.

For the total net worth calculation, each asset is converted automatically into your reference currency, with exchange rates updated regularly. You get a consistent figure this way, no matter how many currencies are actually present in your net worth.

Frequently asked questions

How does Finvygo adapt the catalogue to my country?

The product catalogue on offer, accounts, savings products, account types, depends on your tax residency, entered when you sign up. Each country has its own products, with no country-specific rule hard-coded into the app.

What if a product from my country does not exist yet?

In the meantime, you can declare it under the general other assets category, with a description and an estimated value. The catalogue is enriched regularly, and you can also flag a missing product from within the app.

Can I change my reference currency?

Yes, the currency your overall net worth is presented in can be changed at any time from settings, among a wide choice of available currencies.

Can I track assets in several currencies?

Yes. Each asset keeps its own currency, and is converted automatically into your reference currency for your total net worth calculation.
