Is Finvygo available in my country?
Yes, Finvygo is available in every country. The app supports 12 interface languages and multiple currencies. Wherever you are, you can track your wealth.
How is market data updated?
Stock and cryptocurrency prices are updated in real time via professional data feeds. Real estate and other asset valuations can be updated manually or automatically depending on the asset type.
Does Finvygo hold my money?
Finvygo never holds your money: it is a tracking and information tool that executes no transactions, holds neither your funds nor your crypto, and is not connected to any of your accounts. Your assets stay where they are, Finvygo simply gives you a clear overview.
Does Finvygo give investment advice?
Finvygo provides no investment, tax or financial advice. Simulators and indicators are for information purposes only and give estimates, not recommendations.
What happens if I lose my private key?
The private key is the only way to access an anonymous account: if it's lost, no recovery is possible, that's the trade-off for total anonymity. Keep it somewhere safe. You can also open an account with an email, Google or Apple to get a recoverable login.
Can I hide my amounts when someone looks at my screen?
Yes, a single gesture hides every amount in the app. You can also lock access with a PIN code or biometrics.
Can I delete my account and my data?
Yes, at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is immediate and residual copies in backups disappear after six days.
