German reference data
Tracking a German product takes German data: the guaranteed rate of a Rentenversicherung as its insurer publishes it, the net asset value of an Investmentfonds, the rate of a Tagesgeld that changes without notice. Finvygo keeps them up to date, and the figures below are computed from its catalog.
Sources: tariff conditions published by insurers for guaranteed rates; the BaFin register for funds; savings account rates collected from the institutions' own websites. Figures computed from the catalog at each release.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add my Riester-Rente or my Rürup to Finvygo?
Yes. Both exist as wrappers in the German catalog, in the classic guaranteed-rate form or the fondsgebunden form backed by funds. You enter the capital, the contributions and the rate: the value updates over time.
What about my Tagesgeld or my Festgeld?
Both come prefilled: term, rate and maturity for the Festgeld, revisable rate for the Tagesgeld. Interest is projected from those values, and you adjust the rate as soon as your institution changes it.
Is my Lebensversicherung guaranteed rate up to date?
For tariffs in the catalog, yes: the guaranteed rate published in the tariff conditions is picked up and used to revalue the capital. For a contract outside the catalog, enter the rate yourself and it is applied the same way.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No, never. Finvygo works declaratively: you enter your accounts and products yourself, with no bank aggregator and no bank credentials. It never asks for access to your accounts.
My product is missing, what can I do?
Use free entry: a generic asset takes a name, an amount and a currency, and counts in your net worth like any other. You can also request the product from the app, as each country's catalog grows with those requests.
