From the app
To report a problem, suggest an idea or write to the team, use the Support menu in the app, on the web as on mobile. It is the shortest path, and the one we handle first.
The three Support menu entries
- "Report a problem" for a bug, a wrong price or a screen that gets stuck.
- "I have a suggestion" for a feature idea.
- "Write to the team" for everything else, without leaving the app.
On Discord
Where Discord is available in your country, the Finvygo server is the right place to ask a question, talk with other users and react to what is new. The team answers there too.
What you will find there
- Quick answers, from the team and from other users.
- Conversations about what is new and what is being considered.
- The link is also in the app's Support menu.
