Account & Data Deletion
1. Deleting your Finvygo account
Finvygo (published by Exocore Group) lets you permanently delete your account and all the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
2. Delete from the app (recommended)
The quickest way is directly in the Finvygo mobile app:
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Select Security, then Delete account.
- Hold the confirmation button: your account and your data are erased immediately.
3. Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to contact@finvygo.com from the email address linked to your account. We handle every deletion request within 30 days.
4. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently erase:
- Your portfolio: holdings, quantities, prices and transaction history.
- Your preferences: language, currency, tax residence and dashboard settings.
- Your sessions, notifications and in-app activity.
- Your account identifiers and any linked sign-in method (email, Google, Apple).
5. Data that is retained
We keep a single anonymized record, containing no personal data, for statistical and fraud-prevention purposes as permitted by the GDPR. It cannot be linked back to you.
6. Timeframe
Deletion from the app is immediate. Requests sent by email are handled within 30 days. Any residual copies held in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
